How do I track my order?
To track your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select your order
- Click Track Order
You’ll see the latest status and tracking details.
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking link will be sent via SMS or email
- Click the link to view real-time updates
When will tracking details be available?
- Tracking details are shared after your order is shipped
- It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update
What do the tracking statuses mean?
- Order Confirmed → Your order is placed successfully
- Processing → Your order is being prepared
- Shipped → Your order is on the way
- Out for Delivery → Will be delivered soon
- Delivered → Order has been delivered
Tracking link is not working
Try the following:
- Wait a few hours and refresh the page
- Check if you clicked the latest tracking link
- Ensure correct internet connection
If the issue continues, contact support.
Can I track my order without logging in?
Yes
