You can cancel your order easily if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Customized products are specially made for you, so cancellation is subject to certain conditions.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Order
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order:
- Before it is shipped
- After it has been shipped (cancellation not possible)
Can I cancel a customized product order?
You can cancel your order only if customization has not started yet.
- Cancellation Allowed: If the customization process has not begun
- Cancellation Not Allowed: Once customization has started
What if my order is already shipped?
If your order has been shipped:
- You cannot cancel it directly
- You can refuse delivery or request a return after delivery
Will I get a refund after cancellation?
Yes
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- COD orders: No charges will be applied if cancelled before shipment
How long does the refund take?
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
Why can’t I see the cancel option?
This may happen if:
- The order is already shipped
- The cancellation window has expired
