Cancel an order

You can cancel your order easily if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Customized products are specially made for you, so cancellation is subject to certain conditions.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select the order you want to cancel
  • Click Cancel Order

Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation.

 When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order:

  •  Before it is shipped
  •  After it has been shipped (cancellation not possible)

Can I cancel a customized product order?

You can cancel your order only if customization has not started yet.

  • Cancellation Allowed: If the customization process has not begun
  •  Cancellation Not Allowed: Once customization has started

 What if my order is already shipped?

If your order has been shipped:

  • You cannot cancel it directly
  • You can refuse delivery or request a return after delivery

 Will I get a refund after cancellation?

Yes

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • COD orders: No charges will be applied if cancelled before shipment

 How long does the refund take?

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

 Why can’t I see the cancel option?

This may happen if:

  • The order is already shipped
  • The cancellation window has expired
