Track an order

You can easily track your DorTrends order and stay updated on its delivery status.

How do I track my order?

To track your order:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select your order
  • Click Track Order

You’ll see the latest status and tracking details.

 Will I receive a tracking link?

Yes
Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be sent via SMS or email
  • Click the link to view real-time updates

 When will tracking details be available?

  • Tracking details are shared after your order is shipped
  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update

 What do the tracking statuses mean?

  • Order Confirmed → Your order is placed successfully
  • Processing → Your order is being prepared
  • Shipped → Your order is on the way
  • Out for Delivery → Will be delivered soon
  • Delivered → Order has been delivered

 Tracking link is not working

Try the following:

  • Wait a few hours and refresh the page
  • Check if you clicked the latest tracking link
  • Ensure correct internet connection

If the issue continues, contact support.

 Can I track my order without logging in?

Yes

  • Use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS
  • No login required
