How will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed based on your original payment method to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Refund method based on payment type

 Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • This includes UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking

 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID
  • Our support team may contact you to collect your refund details

 How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

 Will I be notified about my refund?

Yes

  • You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email once your refund is processed

 Why is my refund delayed?

Delays can happen due to:

  • Bank processing time
  • Incorrect bank/UPI details (for COD refunds)
  • Pending verification

 Can I change my refund method?
