We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
It must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
The product should be free from any damage, stains, or odors
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance offers
Customized or personalized products
Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
🔄 Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:
A different product of equal value, or
A refund (as per refund policy below)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:
A defective product
An incorrect item received
In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
