 Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The product should be free from any damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance offers
• Customized or personalized products
• Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:
  • A different product of equal value, or
  • A refund (as per refund policy below)

 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved:
  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

• Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item received
• In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
