How can I track my item?

You can track your order

  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select your order
  • Click Track Order

You’ll see the latest delivery status.

 Will I receive tracking details?

Yes

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email
  • Click the link to check real-time updates

When will tracking be available?

  • Tracking details are shared after your order is shipped
  • It may take 24–48 hours for updates to reflect

 Understanding tracking status

  • Order Confirmed → Your order is successfully placed
  • Processing → Your item is being prepared
  • Shipped → Your package is on the way
  • Out for Delivery → Will be delivered soon
  • Delivered → Item has been delivered

Try this:

  • Wait a few hours and refresh
  • Use the latest tracking link
  • Check your internet connection

Yes
