What payment methods are available?

You can choose from the following options at checkout:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Net Banking

 Can I save my payment details?

DorTrends does not store your card or payment details on our servers.

You’ll need to enter your payment details each time you place an order.

 Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

•  Possible before the order is confirmed/processed
•  Not possible once the order is processed or shipped

 Contact support immediately if you need to change it.

 Why did my payment fail?

Payment failures can happen due to:

• Incorrect card/UPI details
• Insufficient balance
• Network or bank issues

Try again or use a different payment method.

 Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes

• You’ll receive confirmation via SMS/email after successful payment
• Order details will also be updated in your account

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes

• COD is available on most orders
• Availability depends on your location and order value

Is my payment information safe?

Yes
