Sucessful Payment

You’ll receive confirmation through multiple ways once your payment is completed successfully.

What happens after a successful payment?

  • You’ll see an order confirmation message on the screen
  • Your Order ID will be generated
  • You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email

 Where can I check my payment status?

You can verify your payment here:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Check the order status (e.g., Confirmed / Processing)

 What if money is deducted but order is not confirmed?

This can happen due to a temporary issue:

  • Wait for a few minutes and refresh
  • Check your email/SMS for confirmation

If the order is not created:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few days

Payment failed but money deducted

  • Sometimes banks take time to update status
  • If payment failed, the deducted amount is usually reversed automatically

 Will I receive a payment receipt?

Yes

  • A confirmation email/SMS acts as your payment receipt
  • You can also view order details in your account
