What happens after a successful payment?
- You’ll see an order confirmation message on the screen
- Your Order ID will be generated
- You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email
Where can I check my payment status?
You can verify your payment here:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Check the order status (e.g., Confirmed / Processing)
What if money is deducted but order is not confirmed?
This can happen due to a temporary issue:
- Wait for a few minutes and refresh
- Check your email/SMS for confirmation
If the order is not created:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few days
Payment failed but money deducted
- Sometimes banks take time to update status
- If payment failed, the deducted amount is usually reversed automatically
Will I receive a payment receipt?
Yes
- A confirmation email/SMS acts as your payment receipt
- You can also view order details in your account
